ST. MORITZ
In a privileged location on Via Tinus, with panoramic views over Lake St. Moritz, the Engadin Lodges are taking shape. With a clear architectural language and materials of the highest quality, UPTON creates a home in St. Moritz with second-residence status.

ABOVE THE LAKE AND IN THE HEART OF ST. MORITZ

In the clear air of St. Moritz, where light and landscape merge, the Engadin Lodges unfold a quiet presence. From every room, views open onto Lake St. Moritz – a panorama that becomes part of the architecture itself.

Reclaimed wood, natural stone, and fine textures define the atmosphere. Living and dining areas flow seamlessly into one another, while the kitchen, architecturally integrated, is precisely designed with natural stone surfaces and Gaggenau appliances.

The master suite features a wellness bathroom with sauna. Three additional bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, offer space for retreat and tranquillity. The private garden with lake views connects architecture and nature – a place of permanence and quiet elegance for generations.

The possibilities are endless

At 1,800 metres above sea level, the lake forms the centre of St. Moritz. In winter, it is covered by a clear sheet of ice, surrounded by snowy slopes and light – a place for sport, tradition, and encounter. In summer, the landscape is reflected in still waters; sailboats and walking paths lend the place a sense of lightness. A lake that radiates permanence and shapes life in the Engadin.
Since 1896, Badrutt’s Palace has embodied the beginning of the elegant winter season in St. Moritz. Its rooms tell stories of art, music, and encounters that have become part of the town’s culture. Fine cuisine, renowned boutiques, and the discreet grandeur of the house continue to define the style of St. Moritz to this day.
Above the rooftops of St. Moritz rises the church tower – a quiet landmark of the town. Along the Via Serlas and throughout the area unfolds a remarkable cultural density: internationally acclaimed galleries, museums such as the Segantini Museum, and seasonal exhibitions shape the rhythm of the year. Architecture, art, and design engage in a natural dialogue.
In winter, legendary slopes – Corviglia and Corvatsch – and extensive cross-country trails await; in summer, panoramic hiking paths, challenging mountain-bike routes, and golf against an alpine backdrop. Watersports on the deep-blue Lake St. Moritz complete the experience.
